This purchase is to demonstrate the 5 mock demonstrations after you have taken an approved qualifying course showing your knowledge of the Department of Transportation guidelines, 49 CFR Part 40 and the DOT Operating Administration rules. You will also be required to take a test to ensure your knowledge.
Please be prepared to show proof of completion of the knowledge based portion of the Department of Transportation 49 CFR part 40.

In the email please include an address to have your supplies mailed to you which includes collection supplies and CCFs and the dates/times you are available to perform your demonstrations. You will receive a response within 48-72 hrs.
