About our ceo
Key Health and Wellness Services LLC was founded by Keynocha Brunson Allmond to address the unique needs of patients who are immobile, bedridden, high-profile, or require specialized care during blood draws and specimen collection. With a deep commitment to providing personalized and compassionate service, Keynocha ensures every client receives the highest standard of care tailored to their individual circumstances.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, and now based in Georgia, Keynocha brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. She is a certified medical assistant (AAMA), skilled phlebotomist, and experienced phlebotomy instructor. Her comprehensive educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business management with a focus on Healthcare Management, as well as a master's degree in healthcare administration with a concentration in Gerontology.
Beyond her core medical qualifications, Keynocha is also a Level 1 Meditation Teacher and holds certifications as an ASFA Senior Fitness Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor, highlighting her holistic approach to health and wellness. Additionally, she serves as a commissioned ordained minister and Notary Public, underscoring her professionalism and dedication to client service. Through Key Health and Wellness Services LLC, she combines clinical expertise with a personal touch to meet the diverse needs of her patients effectively and respectfully.
Keynocha embarked on her journey in the medical field more than 20 years ago, following a distinguished career as a correctional officer in Baltimore, Maryland. A deeply impactful and tragic event during her time in law enforcement inspired her to pursue a new path dedicated to helping others through healthcare. Since making this transition, Keynocha has experienced remarkable professional growth and has become a respected and influential figure within the medical community.
Her medical career began in the pediatrics department at Children's Medical Practice at Johns Hopkins Bayview in Baltimore, where she developed a strong passion for providing compassionate care to young patients. However, driven by a desire to broaden her expertise and impact, she expanded her practice to encompass a wide array of medical specialties including Dermatology, ENT, Cardiology, Gerontology, OB/GYN, and Internal Medicine.
Throughout her career, Keynocha has demonstrated unwavering dedication, adaptability, and a profound impact on the lives of her patients and the broader medical community.
Keynocha has always been propelled by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, but it was during her time in Georgia that she uncovered a profound and unmet need within the healthcare landscape: the lack of convenient, accessible mobile medical services for patients facing barriers such as difficulty traveling to physician offices, discomfort in crowded waiting rooms, or the anxiety caused by navigating heavy traffic. The pivotal moment arrived when a patient confided in her, expressing a sincere and heartfelt wish for Keynocha to become their personal phlebotomist. This deeply personal exchange crystallized her vision and fueled the creation of an innovative mobile concierge medical service—dedicated to delivering compassionate, expert care directly to those who need it most, transforming how medical services are accessed and experienced.

About Our Coo
Our co-owner Tiffany brings a remarkable 28 years of dedicated experience in the medical field, including 26 years specializing in phlebotomy. She excels in drawing blood from patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, ensuring comfort and precision in every collection. Her commitment to accessible, patient-centered care was strengthened through her work performing paramedical exams and providing in-home care for seniors, deepening her appreciation for the importance of mobile phlebotomy services.
Beyond her phlebotomy expertise, Tiffany has served as an ER technician in fast-paced, high-pressure settings, which has honed her critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This experience equips her with a comprehensive clinical skillset that enhances her ability to deliver exceptional patient care.
Tiffany’s extensive background also includes occupational health services, such as pre-employment and DOT drug screenings. She is highly proficient in medical specimen collection and laboratory coordination, guaranteeing seamless and accurate delivery of both mobile and in-office services. Actively managing client relationships and daily operations, Tiffany plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and strengthening its reputation for reliability and a wide range of health testing options, including HIV screening, DNA paternity testing, diabetes monitoring, and more.
Additionally, Tiffany holds certification in PRP processing and injections, bringing an added dimension to the business. Her compassionate approach, combined with strong patient care and customer service skills, positions Tiffany as a trusted healthcare professional. Dedicated to promoting health and well-being, she remains focused on making a meaningful, positive impact in the lives of patients and their families.
